The difference between cold and warm email
You should know this

Most people treat cold and warm emails like they’re the same thing. Holy hell, they are not.
Here’s how it actually works:
Cold Email is about starting conversations with strangers. You’re emailing people who’ve never heard of you. You need burner domains, a tight system, and a call-worthy offer. You're not pushing a $40 product. You’re trying to get someone on the phone to close a $5K deal.
Do it wrong and you’ll nuke your sender reputation. Do not do this for your e-commerce brand.
Warm Email is where eCommerce brands win. It’s your list. They’ve opted in. They’ve bought from you. They know who you are. This is where welcome flows, product drops, and win-backs come in.
Simple rule of thumb:
Cold email gets you in the room for B2B sales with people who do not know you
Warm email gets people buying from D2C, or warms your audience who have opted in to hear from you for a potential call
